The staff at Lebanon Home Depot make every purchase, a pleasure. Ordered a 600lb. bandsaw online, and they loaded it perfectly on my pickup truck.

The Home Depot on Cumberland Street in Lebanon is a place that I have gone many times in recent months as I have been doing a home remodel. It is clean, very well-stocked with almost everything I have needed, the associates are friendly and helpful, and the prices are reasonable. The only problematic area for me is that it is at times difficult to find an associate when I need assistance. As a disabled customer it is difficult for me to stand around waiting for someone to help, or walk around looking for someone. Otherwise, it's a great store to get what I need.

Whenever I have a project I am designing and planning, I find that John's help who works at the Pro Desk to be indispensible! Late in 2025, I was pondering a way to safely hang my two story ladder overhead in a small shed near the shed door's opening to make acess easy while keeping the ladder out of the way. I used to hang the ladder on the wall but 'clutter' always seemed to pile up on the floor stopping me from easily and safely getting to the ladder hanging on the wall. John listened intently asking me questions and then he walked with me to the 2 story ladders outside to visually look at how hanging the ladder with hooks from Home Depot would function. I found John's extra effort the key to my successfully hanging the ladder out of the way but still easy and safe to take down from th

I forgot the 2 men's names who helped us, but they weren't even in the departments they helped us, in. I know the one gentleman had moved from Texas about 20 years ago or so, and there was a younger gentleman with him, who seemed very eager to work and told us about different options of things we were looking for. I believe they were both in the same department, which would have been flooring/carpeting. They took us to different parts of the store to help us find everything we needed. Prior to that, everyone we asked, including the store manager, failed us! They each (4 different guys who worked there), just told us where to go and we were led astray. Their customer.service overall, besides the 2 gentleman, sucked bad!!!
