I have ordered a headboard from this store. When Fedex delivered it, the box was damaged and so was headboard. Damaged in two places. I contacted customer service and they arranged to have the return picked up by UPS.I agreed to ordering another at a 15% discount. The bad headboard has been sitting on my porch all day Saturday. I then checked the tracking number and all I see is the return label was printed and no other status. Today, Sunday, the return is still on my porch. I text customer service and all they can tell me is the label was printed and that they'll probably come out Monday. The board is going to be sitting out in the rain until they come? This location is great. I’ve visited here more than once. The staff are friendly. I’m usually someone who is an independent shopper. I typically use my app to find what I need and locate it in the store. It’s just nice to consistently have a pleasant encounter when you visit a store. I’ve also made a return here and it was very easy even though I had quite a few items and more than one receipt.
