The Home Depot

I paid for my blinds and it took weeks if not months to complete my blinds. I paid for installation and they claimed I did not and I had to show them my receipt for them to confirm. I picked up the blinds and the Blinds are cut wrongly, I had to take them back to the store. Because they were not willing to pay someone to pick them up. I took the blinds to the store poor customer service with them telling me to bring my blinds into the store. I was told to come in at 5pm and take my blinds x 18 of them. I get there at 6pm and the blinds were not ready and the lady at the customer service desk having an attitude wanting me to wait hours for the job to be completed .She needs customer service training because she is very disrespectful. You cannot work in that position with that attitude. S

Went personally on a Saturday to buy a washer. They told me it would be delivered Tuesday. Finally got a message sunday that it would be delivered Wednesday from 10am -2 pm had to reschedule for the next Saturday. Its Saturday and they still haven’t delivered the washer. Delivery person supposedly came but i never heard a knock on my door. Nor did i get a message the day before regarding the estimated time of delivery. I do not recommend ordering any appliances from home depot not unless you want to get charged for your money and never receive the appliance.

My experience at Home Depot has not always been the best -nonchalant, poor interaction with customer amongst many other unfriendly customers service reactions. I guess I had not come into contact with a very special and delightful lady -Corinthia Smith. This lady truly exemplified the term “customer service “ I mean I was truly honored to have her serves us (3 of us). She displayed patience, kindness, never raised her voice, quite knowledgeable about her products and the associated discounts available. She was like the stranger you never met. Her demeanors and her chuckles seemed like she knew us from her neighborhood, but the truth is, it was our very first encounter. We never intended to come out of Home Depot with 4 items, our intent was washer and dryer, but we were so well served we

People here are not friendly every time when I buy my stuff here the boxes are open and damage
