I arrived at 1:55 PM, checked in for curbside pickup, and sat there for 15 minutes with absolutely nothing happening. No update. No employee. No explanation. I was also the only car in curbside the entire time. After sitting there like an idiot staring at the curbside sign, I finally went inside. I then waited another 5 minutes just to speak to someone, only to be told “we’re busy.” Busy with what exactly? Because curbside clearly wasn’t happening. To be clear, the guy at the counter was great and didn’t deserve the frustration he walked into. He handled it professionally and actually tried to fix the mess. He walked to the opposite side of the store, grabbed my orders, and brought them back. One cart had my name on it, so I loaded it myself. Then he had to walk all the way back across the

I was looking for a particular product today, and Nichole, an assistant manager, was so very helpful. She went to great lengths to find what I was looking for—using the computer, going to different departments with me, and all the while being as friendly and cheerful as could be. I felt valued as a customer rather than feeling like a nuisance. Love shopping at Home Depot thanks to people like her.

Bought over 1,000 dollars in 2x4s from there in store pick up 70% of them have termites in the wood never again Lowe’s it is there link just brought me to check my on line order

Would be five stars if every store didn't have everything in a different place and if the associates had some knowledge. Also it's difficult to find a Home Depot associate when you need one, not always but definitely a good majority of the time

An associate was zapped with electricity while trying to help me. A display to show light bulb brightness had a missing button. When he tried to press it with something , he touched the metal shelf and electricuted his self. What the hell is going on here?
