The Home Depot

We moved into the area a few months ago. Needed several things for our new place. Knew Home Depot from its reputation, but this place is exceptional. We have been several times now, and each visit has been excellent! Everyone that has helped us there has been friendly and knowledgeable. We have been greeted warmly each visit by employees eager to help. Can't say enough good things about everyone working there.

Shout-Out to Manager Shannon – A True Gem Shannon exemplifies what great customer service should be. She’s attentive, compassionate, and genuinely committed to making sure every customer feels valued. Her ability to listen, take action, and follow through is rare and deeply appreciated. In a world where good service can be hard to find, Shannon stands out as someone who truly cares. She made my experience exceptional, and I’m grateful for her dedication.

I don't do a lot of big projects but when it comes to the small stuff they always seem to have what I need and the staff is always helpful. The Halloween section is particularly interesting and I'll probably keep buying stuff until I run out of room.

This Home Depot is the same in appearance and has a good quantity of supplies and tools. I didn't explore the entire store due to the availability of time, but, I did find what I was looking for quickly, especially with the assistance of a floor associate. Speaking 🗣️ of which, the staff were "Fantastic!", if I can quote the Eccleston Doctor Who! Very friendly and knowledgeable! Great customer service! 👍! The customers seemed friendly as well. There is a locker for online orders at entrance next to the garden center. I would say give this Home Depot a try and see what you think 🤔.

I just left here and am baffled at the customer service, in a good way. I was trying to do a few things I’ve never done before and three people helped me, even walking me to each product, asking other people advice, and following up with me. The customer service here is so good that it’s almost weird in this day and age.
