The Home Depot

Absolutely HORRENDOUS delivery and customer service. Drywall was placed in the grass of the yard to get wet instead of under the open car port where I stated in the delivery instructions for them to put it. Mortar was open, spilled in the box, and dried out. Drywall screws were spilling all out of the box due to the bun being cracked. Some sort of oil based product spilled all in the box but I did not order anything oil based. Contacted customer support who stated that I would have to drive the 1.5 hours to the store to get any help with a refund or replacement of the items. Overall worst experience I have EVER had! Would give 0 stars if I could.

But there's some depot got a facelift because we resurfaced the parking lot, so it would be really nice to park there.And shop as home depot has everything you need for the d I y people

I had the best experience I've ever had while visiting this Home Depot. We had a guy named JT, and he was super helpful. He knew his stuff (we were buying a chainsaw), and he walked us through the options, and what was most affordable for us. I highly recommend this place, and ask for JT.

Have mostly enjoyed shopping at this store, but after hearing how they treated my wife concerning a faulty tool we will be shopping elsewhere. Especially nice to hear how many employees were disinterested in doing their jobs. When she stated how it didn’t seem they wanted her business, she was told “you have to do what’s best for you”.

I genuinely enjoy coming to this Home Depot and usually have good experiences with staff and product availability However, I had a concerning interaction today regarding customer service. An employee named Shay (or that’s what she replied when I asked what her name was) did not meet the basic standard of professionalism or helpfulness I expect from Home Depot. The interaction left a very poor impression. I hope management addresses this with Ms. Shay and provides further customer service training to ensure every employee reflects the positive environment of the store. I'll continue to shop here, but service consistency needs attention.
