The Home Depot

The Manchester Home Depot is the BEST! Parking is easy and the store is bright, warm and clean. The Staff always greets and offers assistance and advisement. I recently bought window blinds and Khairi (Customer Service) was most helpful and respectful in walking me to the section. As an older shopper, such help is appreciated. The Store has a large selection of window blinds choice in size and price. Yulanda (Flooring Section) accurately measured and cut the blinds to correct size. Yulanda made this shopping experience easy and most pleasant. A great store with great staff - sincere thanks to Khairi and Yulanda!

I had to return an item and I did not have the original package it came in. But I did have the receipt. A woman in the return department named Patty was phenomenal. She knew exactly what she was doing, and she took care of it and I was in and out within minutes. I will go out of my way to return to this Home Depot just because of her customer service.

What Amazing people work at this HomeDepot. Service provided is excellent and with a smile. Shout out to Aileen we are definitely using that 3 step ladder and what a deal. She made it happened...our Wonder Woman!!!!

I usually don’t write reviews, and i also usually have a good experience at home depot. However, today I visited the store with my mom and sister and was surprised at the treatment we received from an employee. She randomly stops us while we were walking to the front asking where we got the nutcracker mickey mouse from. We responded with saying it was on display around the christmas section and she proceeds to interrogate us like we did something wrong. She then proceeds to say that’s not for sale, they’re not gonna let you guys buy that, it’s for black friday and that we weren’t supposed to have it. She then tells a coworker nearby to get it out of our cart. He just stayed put and confused. The cashier nearby was hesitant as well and was sure those were for sale. She then called a supervi
