Went there yesterday to get some wood & asked 3 different associates for help locating something. One said What's that?? And gave me a dirty look. Then proceeded to shove me off to another person who was so rude and condescending I couldn't believe what was happening. She was an older lady with white hair and blue eyes. I asked her how I was going to push the cart with a huge piece of siding on it and she replied with "with your two hands! " 😳😳 Unfriendly behavior and not customer service like if you ask me. I then got to the check out where there was a really sweet Latina lady with curly hair who was happy to help me out. She called for help to load out my stuff to the truck and nobody came. I waited 20 minutes outside and nothing. She tried to get someone to help a second time and still

Overall good customer service when you get to the customer service counters to return items It takes a little bit of time I waited around for at least 20 minutes when there was one person to help customers The cash isn't seem to interested in helping me had to go and grab a cart to assist myself because my foot was in pain. Fairly need to call in more customer service people to help if there's a line or people waiting for too long because these people with disabilities that can only walk for so far for so long until I need assistance with something to get them around oh brother was a few people that did help me that did great customer service they were able to take me to what aisle or what I needed to get to to get the items that I was looking for and unfortunately they were out of stock e

Love Home Depot. I recently purchased a new Christmas tree. It is beautiful 7.5' tall and 1200 lights & comes with a remote to change settings. It was expensive but worth it!

As a customer and former associate of Home Depot, the staff as a whole outside of management are usually very friendly, and the store is usually well stocked thanks to its skilled freight team. While the store might not have everything, it is usually consistent with being able to help costumers find what they need. The big downside to the store is its contracting services, which may have to come back to your house several times due to their own mistakes, however this is the services the store employs rather than the store itself.

The guys there are so nice, they gave my dog treats, helped me find the perfect paint for my new house by getting me a less costly version while still maintaining the efficiency.
