My husband and I went to Ace Hardware in Viera, Fl to get paint. We needed to match up samples we brought to the store for minor touch ups. The only person who we saw working was a gentleman that had knee surgery and was working the front check out and the paint department. Their computer was not working and we stood for what seemed like hours, but was really 10 minutes. The guy did not help us. We left frustrated at the waste of time. I called Home Depot on Wickham to see if they could assist. Marie, in the Paint Department offered to help so we drove to the store. What a fantastic, knowledgeable and extremely professional and dedicated individual! The paint samples we gave her, which were small pieces, were perfect matches to what we needed. This is in reference to ordering material and picking it up. Lowes is much better usually. I typically wait 10-15 minutes in line because they don’t have enough customer service members to help get the material I ordered. Right now im in line at home depot and theres one worker and 9 people in line. Lowes is much better than Home Depot in this regard. I only go here if the customer wants a tike from home depot. And sometimes I charge more.

I asked where mosquitoes coils were and the employee told me then said wait I will check my phone and said I was correct go to isle 50 make a right and they should be on the back wall. And they were. He's very polite and helpful. Not like the one in palm bay on Malabar rd. But the store was very organized and well kept for cleanliness. I had a good experience there with them yesterday evening.
