David in gardening is the BEST! He is so knowledgeable about every single plant and recommended plants based on my backyard and the amount of sun my backyard gets. He gave me dates on when to prune the shrubs for best growth. I left feeling SO confident about my plant choices and can’t wait to see them grow. Highly recommend going to this home depot especially for gardening and using Davids expertise.

Your parking lot is in terrible condition and badly needs to be resurfaced. It’s so rough and uneven that you can barely push a shopping cart without everything bouncing around and falling off every few feet. For a store where customers are regularly loading heavy and bulky materials, this really should be addressed. It makes the whole shopping experience frustrating before you even leave the property.

Christy has been nothing short of incredible. She consistently goes above and beyond whether it’s tracking down the perfect baseboards, searching for the best prices, or taking the time to walk the store with me to make sure I’m getting exactly what I need. Her customer service is exceptional. She’s on top of everything, always looking out for my best interests, and clearly knows her stuff when it comes to Home Depot products and materials. I truly appreciate all her help and the level of care she brings every time. Highly recommend working with her.

Reserved a truck for $150. Their system was down so I couldn’t get it. Also because their system was down I couldn’t get a refund. Nor could they process a manual walk-in truck rental for what would have been an additional $150. It’s 2026. I was told the deposit would be refunded since the reservation wasnt honored. If it goes through I’ll charge it back, don’t expect me to rely on Home Depot’s systems

I was so surprised by the pick-up service at this Home Depot. 1st of all, the package arrived a day early and instead of getting a text or email, I received a personal call from Cheereze in pick-up! When I got there she had the package ready at the desk for me. This is great customer service. Will always do my pick-up's at The Home Depot Riverview!
