My first time visiting Home Depot on my own at the Loop, it was both exciting (I like shopping with my eyes, LOL!!) And an overwhelmingly good experience. I talked with three separate employees, all of which were both helpful and kind to me. One pointed me in the direction of affordable products I needed, the other helped me navigate around, and the third covered my extra costs. Sadly, I didn't get the name of the first two, but Jarold, if you're reading this, YOU'RE AN ANGEL!! Thank you so much! Will definitely be returning for my household and gardening needs <3

Methuen #2685 store....all employees very friendly and eager to help. Especially Lindsay, assisted me in getting the perfect little rake. Will help rake tight spots especially between scrubs.

Home Depot usually has a bad habit of employees not being available to answer customer’s questions while you are at the store, but the one in Methuen has all the other ones beat. I was there with my father yesterday looking for fixtures for a bathroom sink and we past by a few times by two employees who were just chatting. They both noticed us walking back and forth saying out loud where are these things located, and they just kept on with their conversation. We asked another employee and he said I think it’s back at the other end of the store and called someone on his walkie and said someone should be here soon. We asked another worker and as he was heading to another part of the store, just said thats on isle 12. Didn’t stop walking or even take us to the section. At the end we had to f

Very unprofessional staff at the check out area. Assuming because an individual is underdressed that they are going to steal, then loudly speaking about it around customers. “I wonder what he’s going to steal” staff on floor were very helpful with information but the two employees hanging out at the register left a terrible impression. Certain employees should be trained in having better customer etiquette.

As a DIYer, depending on other errands and their travel needs, I frequent 4 local (convenient) Home Depots... and a couple of others father out-- when only they stocked what I needed, and my regulars didn't. Also Patronize 3 regional lumber companies, two masonry suppliers and three Lowe's as needed. Shrug. You want me to name Rental places, paint stores, and tool retailers?
