I had one of those experiences that truly restores your faith in customer service. Luis, Brian, and Hayde didn’t just help me find what I needed they took the time to really listen, walk through options with me, and make sure I left feeling confident instead of overwhelmed. I’ve been dealing with a lot personally, and something as simple as patience, kindness, and genuine care made a bigger difference than they probably realize. There was no rushing and no brushing me off just people doing their jobs with integrity and heart. This is exactly why I keep coming back to this location. Thank you again to Luis, Brian, and Hayde for treating me like a person, not just another customer in the aisle.

I had an excellent experience thanks to Mac at Home Depot Middleburg. He was incredible, patient, and went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. His customer service was exceptional! He offered helpful suggestions, and made the entire process smooth. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Mac truly made a difference. Home Depot is lucky to have such a dedicated and friendly team member. I'm always excited to share my wife's and myself experience at a professional service company. It goes without mention that the staff and owners are extremely experienced and very well trained. I'm a disabled veteran with special needs which are always satisfied without hesitation. My wife and myself are new to Middleburg and have had extremely good experience with this company. What great customer service, just installed mini blinds on my back door and just like that my 75 lb Lab came crashing through the door. Well bottom of the blind goes flying and the little plastic end cap became a chew toy. Unfortunately no replacement parts to be found. Back to Home Depot for a new blind. To my surpise Customer service hooked me with the hardware kit at No Charge! Special Thanks to Middleburg Home Depot Customer Service!!!

The Home Depot installers, installed this beautiful, brand new carpet in my house yesterday. Their installers are professional and very knowledgeable. They glued down the new padding and stretched the new carpet into place in every room. They only did seams where they were absolutely necessary in three places. The 12' x 71' foot carpet roll was fresh made at the Shaw mill. It arrived on Wednesday and was installed Thursday morning. The price was $2.45 sq ft for: 6lb padding with moisture guard, carpet and install. I upgraded to posturepedic padding with a moisture guard for .29 cents more. Overall I'm really happy with this carpet. It smells great and it feels really soft.
