Need to buy a battery jumper. Item is locked at aisle FW. I had no way to tell which aisle was FW. Took me 20 mins to find. Then used their QR scan to notify for assistance because it’s locked. Waited 20 mins, page shows assistance completed. Found an employee to ask for assistance. He said some stuff to the intercom and 20 more mins still no one showed up. I gave up. Won’t be back again

HOME DEPOT REVIEW I stopped by Home Depot for some quick DIY supplies and was impressed. The store was well-organized and easy to navigate, and I found everything I needed. The staff was knowledgeable and super helpful, offering great advice on my project. Prices were competitive, and they had a wide selection of products. The checkout process was smooth, and I was in and out in no time. Only thing I'd suggest is maybe having more staff on the weekends, but overall, great experience. Would shop again for my DIY needs.

Amazing sales associate and department lead experience. Darel went above and beyond a customer service call need. She was able to provide a last minute negotiation that supported a local elementary school planting beautification project. She took on the extra work to help our community. I am so impressed by her professionalism and caring spirit. I am now a loyal customer. I like to do business with people like her. She is a gem. Great shop for the DIY or home repair person. Good size offering almost everything you’d need with helpful staff. I was searching for tools for the car and last trip wasn’t ideal but obviously this time it’s been restocked and was able to find everything I needed. Provided some images and videos to see the selection.

Pretty decent hardware store. Has just about everything I’ve ever wanted/needed. Decent prices too. I do feel like the customer service can be pretty hit or miss, though. Finding someone when you have a question can be challenging, and they may or may not know exactly what you need.
