The contractors they work with are interesting. The experience felt unstructured, and it made it difficult to know what level of service to expect. I prefer reliable, higher-end companies that offer a more professional and predictable process, so I won’t be using services that operate through third-party contractors in the future.

My husband and I have been going to this home depot location every weekend for the past 3 months renovating our home. Everyone has been kind to us, but this past weekend, a sales associate by the name of Liz was particularly helpful. We were in need of a truck to bring some drywall over and she was able to arrange a same day rental. We appreciate everyone so much and have felt so welcome to the area. I wanted to leave this review on the Home Depot website but couldn't find the right link, so here was the next best thing! Thanks again, Liz!!!

Awesome help! The worker in the wood department offered to cut my paneling to fit the size of my project because I don't have a saw. Wonderful!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of purchasing a washer and dryer set from Joe, and the experience was outstanding. Normally, I don’t ask for assistance because many associates struggle to answer even the basic questions. Joe, however, was exceptional! He knew the reviews and the pros and cons of every set, presenting the information clearly and without bias. When I asked about the Electrolux brand, he even did on-the-spot research to provide a thorough answer. This experience reminded me of the days when appliance store owners and their staff truly knew the products they sold. Because of Joe, I’ll definitely return to this location—even though it’s about 20 minutes out of my way. Highly recommend!
