I can’t say enough good things about Peter and Frank in the lumber department. They are truly amazing associates. I came in needing some wood but wasn’t really sure what I needed. They went above and beyond to help me figure out the best option and even helped me get everything into my car securely from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately I don’t always receive this kind of service at this Home Depot, but these guys were outstanding. I wish the whole store had employees like them. Keep up the great work and thank you both so much for your help.

Terrible customer service. My mother went to return a toilet and some lights. For context the toilet was extremely heavy, and a hassle to move around so she had called in earlier that day to confirm she was able to process the return. They confirmed she could. Side story, I go ask an employee if they’re hiring, since nobody has responded to my online application. She tells me “Yes, it’s hiring season, come back when Jen from human resource's is working” and gives me a time frame of when to come back. We will circle back to this in the end. So we’re at the returns, and the cashier informs us that the item is only available for store credit. My mother explains that she called earlier, and the lady starts talking over my mom, who’s very soft spoken and patient, that it’s not possible. The bac

The Home Depot store itself isn’t bad, but the young man and older woman working the customer service desk today (3/2/2026) were rude and unprofessional. I watched them be mean to an older lady for not knowing how to use the card to return and it was just gross. And then I needed help trying to find an order and I couldn’t figure out how to get the order number I went to the young man first who had a very condescending tone I knew he was going to be mean before I even went up to him and then the other lady being rude when I came back to try to get assistance. Fix your customer service team and show them how to treat your customers ESPECIALLY THE EDERLY.

Our friend wanted to go to this place to get some nice flowers for their garden. Unfortunately, this place was way pricey than Shop Rite that is literally right down the parking lot from this location. The price situation was somewhat mitigated by a cashier who just finished attending their services before starting their shift. They recognized that we were spiritual volunteers and gave us a $4 discount. Prior to that, we did not like that a Caucasian worker saw about 10 plants topple over due to the strong winds and did nothing about it. He just looked at us as we picked them up and did not help at all. This is a good local Home Depot, large selection, friendly staff, good pricing, convenient location. I think they need to put speed bumps or something in front of the store though. People race right through the area where shoppers are walking so they can get out to the main road faster. Just a matter of time before someone gets hit
