Ordered blue Astro turf from this store... Got it delivered to the store and was able to pick it up 4 day's earlier than the expected delivery date. Thanks Home Depot! Turned a useless spot under the front porch to a useful area. Was nothing but sand and leaves. Added led black lights and black light tapestries and wola a awesome throw back to the 60s Tons of comments and people talking pictures as they ride by

Typically have no problems ordering thru HD. But crap shoot with blinds. Inexcusable that I have to order 3x now for size they keep sending larger. 8 blinds ordered 2 each diff sizes. Received 4 all one size, 2 correct and 2 were 3 inches larger than ordered. Not to mention 2nd weekend I have to cancel any plans to wait for pick up and refund.

A concern regarding my recent experiences at the Home Depot in Murrells Inlet, SC. I want to start by saying that on November 12, I purchased exterior paint and the associate who helped me was absolutely wonderful—very knowledgeable and kind. I even submitted a compliment to corporate that same day because of how impressed I was with the service. On November 20, we returned to purchase another 5-gallon bucket of the same paint. After buying several samples previously, I couldn’t remember the exact color, so I asked the associate to look it up under my phone number. I was surprised to learn that there was no record of my paint purchase or the color in the system. Because of this, I made several trips back and forth between my home and the store trying to retrieve the color information. Un

They are one of the few stores with plenty of staff. They provided much help to customers getting supplies for the hurricane this past fall. It's a good place to shop for affordable lighting options and appliances.

A waste of our time, only frustration! We were prepared to purchase 10 cases of bathroom tile … a $500+ order either in stock or delivery. No one was assisting in the tile area. We walked a way to the appliance area where 3 men associates stood doing nothing facing each other. The associate told my wife “go back to the large desk in the tile section.” Using a walker following knee surgery, she walked back to the tile desk and sat down. I followed behind and encounter the same three men doing nothing in a chat circle. They told me, “go to the tile desk.” We waited and waited. I walked the 4 aisles of the tile section … up and down and up and down again. No one! I returned to the 3 men still chatting in a circle doing nothing. Frustrated, one of them walked past the tile section and returned
