Just like everybody, they have their good days and bad days, but overall good staff working here. If something goes, wrong managers are very good to take care of you . Pro desk is very helpful as well. It is a very busy location getting in and out of the parking lot onto a busy traffic can be challenging. They have good fleet of trucks to rent at a good price. I bought many green giant trees from them and they came out beautiful.

Tracie Bolton in the closet design was excellent to work with from start to finish . Her communication was clear, timely, and thoughtful throughout the process. The drawings she provided were exactly what we were looking for and showed real care and attention to detail. We ultimately went in a different direction due to timing, not quality. We had contractors already on site who were able to start immediately, which drove the decision. That said, Tracie’s service and work were strong, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone planning a closet project.

Just fantastic. I spent a lot of hours and money in this place. It's almost mental therapy to do a project and have everything in front of you. For a price, of course.

Natick Home Depot, I’m writing this review to express my frustration and disappointment following my recent visit to your Natick store. I went to exchange a propane tank and was directed to the customer service desk. There, I was assisted by Edward, who told me I had to purchase a brand-new tank and keep my old one. I felt I had no choice but to follow his instructions and buy a new tank. However, when I went outside to pick up the new propane tank, another employee informed me that Edward should have simply processed a standard propane exchange, not sold me an entirely new tank. I returned to customer service to address the issue, but Edward was reluctant to correct the mistake—even after his supervisor, Anthony, explicitly told him to proceed with the exchange.
