The Home Depot

Went in looking for some drill bits for a Milwaukee drill. Because this is not my thing, I was sent with a link and an image of what I needed. Not even 20 ft into the store, Robert approached me offering help. I thanked him for finding me before needing to find someone like him. He said, he makes it a point to ask for help when he sees customers looking up at the aisle signs. Then he the proceeded to walk me to my item not just point me towards an aisle. He made my day!

managers was great and very polite.knew where every thing was and store was very clean and organized.one a few home depots i like to visit for my home improvments.had exactly what i needed for my personal project and more.thanks for the southern hospitality.

Regular home shopping needs: Perfectly fine. Nothing wrong. Home Improvement Services: A complete disaster from start to finish. They're at least working to fix their screw-ups. It very mildly so with no urgency what so ever though they are. I started the process of trying to get a new backdoor and patio shades from them in October 2025. If I'm *lucky* those might be done in January of 2026. The door was measured fine, though slowly, as their contractor had nothing that fit my schedule for a week or two. Afterwards I went in, got a door picked ordered, and was told all is good see ya soon. Turns out they sold me the wrong size door. I had to go back in, discover the sizing was going to be custom which doubled the cost, pushed the wait time to late December at best, and sort out the charg

I love going to this Home Depot for all my little jobs but this week I’ve come in 4 days this week and the electrical conduit has not been restocked once putting all my work on halt. Alex my guy has asked the managers to restock this area multiple times but the shelves remain bear. I love coming here and seeing the great team of staff. Alex is a heck of a worker and needs to be promoted he is always there when I need something or have any questions and is very knowledgeable in his department.

Great selection of all the hardware and home improvement needs that you could imagine. I really enjoy their gardening section and all the employees always been helpful and show me where the products are that I'm looking for. I like browsing for general home improvement ideas and the appliance section give me a pretty good idea of some of the upgrades I could do with my house. Sometimes I do need a board cut and it is nice that they can cut a piece of plywood as I need for any shelving or various needs around the house.
