This store is basically fine however don't go when it is dark. The parking lot is not well lit. Several of the light poles had no working lights. Lowe's across the street was lit up brightly. It's a shame that Home Depot looks neglected and unsafe.

Edgar went out of his way to help me with a return issue, contacted his manager and walked with me to customer service and made sure it was handled properly. Much Appreciated!

I’m writing this as a warning to anyone parking their vehicle at Home Depot. My car sustained over $4,000 in damage due to a loose shopping cart that rolled out of a cart return and into my vehicle. The cart return area had no safety strips or containment measures to prevent carts from escaping — a basic safety precaution that many responsible retailers implement to protect customers and their property. After filing an incident report, Home Depot's Insurance Company reviewed their CCTV footage and acknowledged that an employee did not intentionally cause the damage. However, they used this as a reason to deny any responsibility or coverage, completely ignoring the fact that the damage resulted from a dangerously designed and poorly maintained cart corral.
