The Home Depot

The staff at the Niagara Falls store today around 4:15 were so friendly and helpful. I regret not looking for a manager so I could compliment them. One man helped me with finding the Christmas lights I was looking for and there was a woman who helped me with my paint order. I really appreciate all the help!

I'm disabled and most stores are not really set up for walkers plus they tend to politely not see you (even with a very cute esa dog). Home depot was amazing! As soon as I walked in there was someone to help me with everything. It truely is a wonderful store because of your employees at store 750 builders Way, Niagara Falls, NY. Their positive & FUN attitudes make me skip Ace and Lowes. The worker holding his leash was absolutely fantastic! As you can see, she helped 2 disabled people (Father & Son) and a disabled (blind in 1 eye) esa dog. AMAZING!

We just relocated. We spend a ton with Home Depot as we have their credit account and pro account. Our local store here hasn’t offered an over all great experience. We spent months trying to speak with someone about the different appliances and essentially bought them all online with no help. We have spent countless minutes waiting each visit to get an estimate and get help with cabinets. They then approach us to set up an appointment to come to our house one day. So we agree after trying t get help for so long. Someone calls and says they just checked a home audit when we literally just finished purchasing our home so it might not reflect and they say they can’t come. When we call the store to ask why the manager seems to be spaced out or distracted. I thought she was going to fix the pro

***INAPPROPRIATE COMMENT AND WIFE SEXUALLY HARRASED BY MALE EMPLOYEE*** My wife went to this store and was being "cat called" by an employee withing seconds of walking in the door. She was so uncomfortable that she exited out a different door to avoid the trashy employee, was too caught off guard to say anything while she was still there. Wife called and spoke to the assistant manager and was told it would be looked into. As any husband would do I went there immediately and demanded answers and I was met by the assistant manager Kassem, who when I questioned how he would feel if it was his wife leaving in tears,uncomfortable, and feeling violated he replied with "I WOULD LAUGH IT OFF!" THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE FAILURE ON HOME DEPOT. CLEARLY HE HAS NO ISSUE WITH WOMEN BEING SEXUALIZED AND HARRAS

Difficult to find an associate when you need one the majority of the time. Also most of the associates don't have any clue of anything. It would also be a lot nicer if every Home Depot was a little bit more similar rather than the moving things all around trying to bump up sales by making customers find other things in other areas
