Went to match some paint tonight Guy working in dept had a real attitude . Obviously didn’t give a shit about his job or your customer He made a sample to test $7.00 not even close . You all need some training in customer service and have some pride in your work And get some work ethic in your operations

We went to buy a microwave as a Christmas gift, the employees recommended us to go to a nearby appliances store. They didn’t have time to help us or to do their jobs. Too bad what’s happening with employees shortage in multiple home depot branches.

A recent trip to home depot in North Kingstown for some treated lumber, it became a challenge. I found the lumber I needed and it was on the 3rd tier. We went and found a nice guy to help us and he did. The problem with that it was just too high to reach by hand, about 40 feet from us were 5 guys and 2 fork trucks. The gentle man that was helping us ask if 1 of the guys could help get it down with a fork truck. They were way to busy to help so our helper went and got some portable stairs and climbed up to hand them down 1 board at a time. That I thanked him for. I have always shopped at home depot and I know help is hard to find in todays world but when they stand around shooting the breeze they should do it where customers are looking for help.

They're return policy is garbage. I received a new debit card after purchase and there was no way I could return the wrong part. I highly recommend Lowes Vs Home Depot for their fairness in regards to return policy. Will never purchase from Home Depot again..
