I would like to specifically thank the manager Christine and sales person Desiree for their amazing customer service. I would also like to thank Andre, for his continued support and top notch costumer service on a regular basis! This location is our home away from home. I had a couple of issues to resolve yesterday and this team exhibited patience and professionalism like no other! We have mulitple business and spend multiple dollars at this store lol. Receiving amazing customer care makes us feel a little better about leaving this store with alot less money than when we came in. Thanks again!
Do not order anything that might open up in the delivery truck because Home Depot will not stand by it! I ordered eight bags of expensive rubber mulch six of them are At least two of them are half full! And Home Depot will not do anything. The least they could do is give you a discount! And on top of it, the associate told me to put them in my car and return them and replace it. I am furious. Why would I haven’t delivered if I wanted to put them in my car and drive there?I will never shop there again. I avoid Home Depot because of their politics and I will not shop there anymore!
I’ve lived in this community for over five years and I’ve been coming to this same Home Depot consistently since I purchased my home. When I first moved in, I bought blinds here and had them cut in-store with no issues at all. Recently, I had to replace some blinds due to damage, and I came back expecting the same smooth experience. I explained very clearly to the associate that I needed the blinds cut to size. I even brought my old blinds with me so they could match the exact measurements, because my schedule is extremely busy I don’t have much free time to make multiple trips. Despite me repeatedly stating that the blinds needed to be cut, the first associate insisted they would fit without cutting. I trusted his advice, went home, and of course… they didn’t fit. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and helpful assistance from the employees. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your store regarding the purchase and installation guidance for a washer and dryer unit. I purchased a washer and dryer set totaling approximately $2,000. When discussing the installation details with the store staff, I specifically asked if a stacking kit was necessary, as I planned to stack the units. I was told by your associate that no such kit was required. Based on that guidance, I proceeded with the purchase and scheduled the delivery and installation. However, once the delivery arrived, I was informed by the installers that a stacking kit is indeed required for proper and safe installation.
