The Home Depot

My wife and I are in the early planning stages of doing a total kitchen renovation. Appliances, cabinets, flooring the whole ball of wax. We had been to a local Lowe’s near home but they are always so under staffed that you can hardly ever get to speak to a salesman or a associate that can answer questions regarding ordering cabinets and flooring so we decided to try Home Depot while we were in the North Myrtle Beach area. I’m so glad we did. The employees that worked in that department was very nice and helpful. They took the time to share their knowledge of the various counter tops and flooring along with answering all our questions about cabinets. They were so helpful. Now we have a better understanding of what our ideas might be actually turning into a workable plan. Thanks Home Depot.

This particular Home Depot in Myrtle Beach was actually terrible. The customer service is the problem. 2 separate cashiers were extremely rude like they just didn't want to be there. Overall Home Depot is great , just will never go back to this one

Home Depot is my favorite place to go! I could stay in there forever. Staff is always super friendly and helpful. Always knowledgeable and will stop whatever they are doing to assist you. Great job Home Depot 👍

This store is close for me and usually we'll stocked. I've found most of the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I use the Home Depot app to locate stuff and it really speeds up the process!! I'd recommend using it while shopping for finding the aisles you need to get to for your stuff. Today I looked on-line for what I needed, found the items in the store and got cashed out in like 10 minutes. Really helps checking in advance!

I had a plumbing emergency while my husband was out of town. I went to HD to buy what I needed. I asked an employee, John, a few questions about what needed to be done. John saved me from making a very costly mistake. He actually talked to my husband on the phone to tell him how to make the repair. Thanks John!
