I want to recognize Chandler at the Home Depot on 6411 Precinct Line Rd, TX 76180 for his outstanding help and professionalism. He went above and beyond assisting me with loading items into my truck. Even while helping me, he was greeting other customers coming into the store and quickly ran inside to alert the staff when an elderly man fell outside. Truly impressive service and care — Chandler is a great example of what customer service should be!

Have always gone to the Lowe's down the road just because it's a bit closer to me, but no more: had plumbing connection issues and the Lowe's associates were nice but could not help me at all. Came here, and wow was it a night and day difference, John in the plumbing department who's apparently worked here for 21 years was SUPER helpful. Literally walked me through everything I had to do, showed me the specific components and connected them for me, and even answered other questions I had that were confusing me. Not only John though, the lady who first came up to us who I believe works in showers/baths that went to find John for us, and even the self-checkout associate who helped us with issues with our cut wood, everyone here was awesome. Outstanding customer service! We needed an item (a heavy shelving unit) in the colour black which was on the highest shelf in the whole store! The guy we asked for help went to get the fork lift guy and in less than 10 minutes the item was in our cart. Shawn and Luther were both super helpful, they helped us all around with our million questions and requests. Not to mention the huge variety of DIY items, gardening, incredible seasonal stuff and so much more.

I was here a couple of days ago after I had purchased $700 worth of Halloween decorations, once I noticed they went on sale online I went back to customer service do price adjustments because I called customer service and they said since items were bought in store the adjustments had to be done in store to let them know I had spoke to them , I was greeted nicely by Haydia and she was so kind to start the process she then had questions and called management over, Dariana came over and voided everything had an attitude and said nothing could be done because her price was not was was being shown online for Home Depot, that I had to bring my item return them and order them online . I explained my items were already set up in my yard , she made a face like she could care less! Keep in mind the

Found an in-store special picnic-table that had to be ordered to get the incredible price break; the front desk was a great help, as well as the garden team, that had my item set back as SOLD, along with my name on it! No issues with picking up, as well as the help to load it! Great experience!!
