Amazing customer service by a guy named Angel, who works in the lumber department! He was very helpful loading the wood into our truck and even went above and beyond by helping us from start to finish. He’s a smart, educated guy who deserves to be a manager someday, or at least a shift leader or a similar position. He was quite funny, brightened our day, and shared a lot of knowledge with us. We will definitely be back this guy is awesome! Thanks, Angel!

Seriously one of my best experiences going to a Home Depot. I walked in and a wonderful gentleman walking by quickly asked me if I needed help and what I was looking for. Not only he knew what isle was the item but he also knew what Bin and level the item was located. And to my surprise he was absolutely right. This couldn't be true. So I asked another employee about the tape I was looking for. WOW, it happened again. This time he also walked me over the isle and show me the tape. I almost yelled "This place is incredible!". I'm not sure if I was beyond lucky. But this was my most incredible Home Depot experience ever. People makes a big difference...

Where do I begin with this awful review. I purchased a John Deere S140 on the Home Depot app on 6/25/25. In 2 days the tractor was delivered to my house. I knew something was off, as the delivery truck was trying to dump 2 pallets of gravel into my yard and not the tractor. After going back n forth with the driver proving I had ordered the tractor he finally dropped it in my driveway. As I am looking at the machine. There is: -No key -Scratches on the hood -The deck is dented -The deck has a chip in it and is actively rusting -The cover to the storage compartment by the cup holder is missing -the engine has rust forming in it -machine in general is disgusting -they left a sale tag for $300 off the original price (meanwhile I was charged full price) -panels disconnected/broken that would

The branch in Norwood MA is always great! There's no hesitation to bring you to a product you're looking for or even if directing you to an area of the store for whatever you are trying to find. A nice group of employees.

Had a tough experience last week, spoke to the manager Ryan and he helped with all of my issues. Also assisted me with my pro account. Great Guest Recovery. I was at the point of moving to a different store, but Ryan helped keep a customer.
