Aubrie was amazing in accommodating my needs. Not only did she make me feel safe and help me with what i needed but she was also super kind and her customer service was top notch. Thank you aubrie!! Give that girl a raise! February 2nd at 7:30 pm.

Our refrigerator went out right as we went into the weekend with one of those typical snow storms that wipes the bread and milk out of the grocery stores. Had to brave the roads and headed to a competitor appliance store and received no hello or help. Left and took our chances somewhere else. As soon as we got to Home Depot we had the normal welcome greetings and smiles from associates. Audrie was the perfect amount of help in appliances and gave us the space and time we needed and the info we needed. There were some issues at checkout with some system glitch’s that were out of the associates control. Aubrie and Yuritxy were going above and beyond working together to try and fix our problem. Jeff swooped in and was able to walk them through and help us walk out with a new refrigerator with

Being a girl in home depot is a signal for help. I'm so glad Diane was very approachable and she helped me find the item I was looking for. She even helped me get a discount because the product was damaged (from a return). We need more kind employees like her! Thanks again, Diane

Maybe this is a special Saturday experience, but this Home Depot isn’t the same atmosphere as it used to be. Home improvement stores have two main things they are selling: product selection, and customer service. The product selection hasn’t changed much, but the training on customer service has decreased over the past few years. It’s now harder to find people to get help and there doesn’t seem to be a sense of urgency when you do get someone to talk to. It’s required to talk to people there because many of their larger items are locked up. Again, this could have been this particular weekend and particular staff, but I might look to go to other places when I want that extra level of customer service.

Guys, it's getting crazy. Remember to keep your receipt when you get out of the store. I just got out of Home Depot .I literally drove to the stop sign, and the police pulled me over and said I didn't pay. I told them I just paid the old guy a couple of minutes ago. I showed them the receipt, and he asked for my ID to clear things up and said sorry. What if I had thrown the receipt since I paid cash? Things would have been even crazier.
