Mark and Severin are lifesavers!😁😁👍👍 I had one of the best shopping experiences at Home Depot thanks to these two amazing associates. As someone who isn’t very familiar with tools and hardware and whose first language isn’t English, I usually find it stressful to shop for the right parts. But they completely turned it around. With incredible knowledge, patience, and kindness, they quickly guided me through the aisles, found exactly what I needed, and made sure the size was correct. Their professionalism and genuine care made me feel so welcome—like the store wasn’t just about products, but about people who truly care about customers. The Most Immaculately Clean, Tidy, and Organized Home Depot I have Ever visited!!!!! The shelves are robustly stocked and Extremely, Perfectly Neatened. The isles are wide, and the floors shine. Every single employee was helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable that I had contact with. One employee shined out in her assistance: Miss Sayberlynn. When I collected the last of a product from a shelf, she located where more were stored and arranged retrieval while I finished shopping. Jon, running support, was very effective in getting things done. This place is like a Palce dedicated to construction materials, tools, and all the fun home improvement dreams come true. Love coming to this Home Depot , always clean and well organized. Today I had a pleasure to meet the friendliest cashier. I was greeted by Duncan with a smile, his positive attitude made a stressful Black Friday for me into a wonderful shopping experience. Look forward to coming back just for his humor.

It seems Home Depot is trying to cut corners on their delivery service. Many items I order often take 1-2 weeks to arrive. This might be reasonable for a large order of building supplies or a specialty item but these are small orders for products not that special. And the worst part is HD is deceiving us. When we buy the item, they advertise a delivery time of say 4-7 days but often it goes much longer than that, poor business practice to make false claims and they are doing it more and more.

I went to get irrigation supplies for the farm and they had everything in stock. They even had stuff that was not available at the Lacey Home Depot. The staff were very obliging and helpful. The storage kept clean and there is not around our Miss labeled stuff. Restrooms are clean. Parking is free. Cart are available.
