The Home Depot

I've lived all over the country, one thing I've always found strange is that, in every town, either your local Home Depot or your local Lowe's is usually run poorly. In the last town I lived in, my Lowe's was terrible, in this town, however, it's Home Depot that's deficient. So, I'm remodeling my kitchen and I decided to split up the expenses between Lowe's and Home Depot. I bought a dishwasher and an oven from Lowe's and a refrigerator and a water filtration system from Home Depot. The first thing I notice is that Lowe's online checkout is simple and streamlined, I get regular notifications and my appliances are delivered for free, the day after I order them. Naturally I expect a similar experience with Home Depot. Unfortunately, that's not what happens. First thing I notice is I get zero

I had a great experience at the Home Depot flooring department in Orange City, Florida. I used a veterans discount, and Enid was absolutely fabulous. She truly went the extra mile to make sure all applicable discounts were applied correctly. The checkout process did take a little extra time because she had to involve management to ensure the discount was handled properly, but throughout it all, Enid maintained a positive attitude and never made us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Everyone who assisted us was kind, professional, and on point, making sure we were well taken care of from start to finish. The customer service was 100%. Was out of town at my mom and needed some things for working at my Mom's house so did a curbside pickup. Ace didn't have everything and was expensive, Lowe's didn't have everything either and was still kinda pricey but Home Depot had everything and better prices and I had a gift card so free. Good deal. Person loaded me up quick after I checked in with the app, perfect experience

I had such a wonderful experience at the Home Depot in Orange City, FL, thanks to Brendan and Mr. Rick—true gentlemen! I came in to purchase Spectracide Weed & Grass Killer and didn’t want to search the entire store. Brendan was awesome—very warm, friendly, and happy to help. He looked it up for me (even though his device was moving a bit slow, which I didn’t mind at all), and he kindly called over Mr. Rick for assistance. Mr. Rick immediately pointed me in the right direction and aisle—and boom, it was exactly where he said it would be 😊 I truly appreciate both of them for their kindness, patience, and excellent customer service.
