Excellent selection of outdoor and entry way rugs and mats. Huge selection of cleaning products and good prices. Clean restrooms & clean shopping carts. Large parking lots with ample size parking spaces. Highly recommend

I have been in the process of remodeling and buying all kinds of things and needing help figuring out solutions for things—-and I have received expert advice and assistance with various items from Bryan W. I appreciate him taking the time to help me figure out what the options I have for all kinds of things that are going on with my remodel. Outstanding Service at Fleming Island Home Depot Matt at the Fleming Island Home Depot went truly above and beyond to help us recreate and rebuild our entire well pump piping system. With just a few pictures and a lot of patience, hard work, and genuine care, he guided us through everything we needed. His knowledge, consideration, and willingness to help were exceptional. They sold me a faulty appliance. Been having issues with it for like two months now. I've called them out multiple times, I've told them what's wrong with it but they won't listen and haven't fixed it yet. They were supposed to come out to my house the other day to finally fix the part I told them that's causing the issues only to no call no show!! And then when I called they can only come out a week later! Like what the heck! Your lazy employee decided now to show up to work today and no call and no show me and you can't send me someone new the next day? Y'all sold me a broken product and can't even be on time to fix it. People have lives! I can't revolve around your lazy employee schedule.

Outside garden department inside and parking area are a complete mess…. All the time. Standing, muddy water in front of soil bags inside ALWAYS present. Cashier area always messy with no visible employees to help load a heavy bag without two or three calls to the front desk. The parking lot pavement is so uneven, you can barely push a cart out there and danger to even walk on. Parking area is also dirty and full of debris . Was never been blown off even after the Christmas tent was taken away in January! Do better! Lowe’s outside garden is a pleasure to shop in. Never have to wait for a carry out. Aisle ways are dry and clean. Take a note HD Fleming Island.
