The Home Depot

I am a truck driver owner operator, I had the pleasure of delivering mulch and soil to this Home Depot. Upon arrival Chris at receiving greeted me with a smile and told me he was already overloaded with work from previous inventory. But that did not stop him he came out and started to offload me so I can get to my next pick up. Honestly thank you so much Chris for being a great human and putting so much effort to your job. Definitely deserves a raise. I have been to lots of Home Depot’s and because of Chris I can say it was one of the best deliveries experience.

I just got off the phone with a Home Depot rep in the windows and doors department and I was very impressed by the way the rep had handled the call. His name is Charles, he was very professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He went through all the different options and answered all my questions. This is unlike my other past experiences, usually I feel like I am only dealing with bunch of kids whenever I call in because no one wants to help and no one seem to care but today’s phone call was very different. I just want to say thank you Charles and I hope you get recognized for doing such a great job

This location is fantastic! I want to give a special shout out to Stephanie Madigan. She went above and beyond on our trip to Home Depot. Helping us purchase the correct vertical blinds for our sliding door. She even cut them to size for us! On top of that, we were looking for a replacement vane/carrier piece for the blinds rod itself. Not only did she help us find it, she actually went ahead and installed it for us, plus aligned all the carriers so the blinds were straight! Just fantastic service. Thanks Stephanie!

My wife and I originally gave Home Depot 5 stars but after almost a year I repost that they are liars and should not be used. Keep in mind you need to remember they sub the workout and because of that you can't get anything repaired or done correctly when there is a problem. We have called over and over and been promised that somebody was coming out to our house to finish the job that was never originally finished. They have done everything to not respond back. They blame it on the subcontractor and yet they're the ones that sent them to my house. If you live in Oviedo do not use this home Depot go to Lowe's or somewhere else or you will never get anything done if they've used a subcontractor to come out to your your home and do work once you to identify a problem. I’m sorry to say that Home Depot has lost their focus on customer service and as a result lost a customer. What got us here? These are things that have happened just this week: 1. Christmas tree ordered online arrived damaged. It arrived before the original expected delivery date so when I contacted customer service, which was clearly AI, it could not understand that I already received the package (which had not fully updated on the Home Depot site to show delivered). I eventually got to a person who could help start the refund and return but could not simply order a replacement (he did help but it was a convoluted process). 2. I placed a pickup order. I parked at 6:05 and saw the sign that curbside ends at 6:00. This is fine but I should have been notified of this before I arrived. 3. Ite
