Staff is always extremely helpful. The store and restrooms are always clean. I enjoy the ease of using my phone to find products. Having the isle and bay listed on the app makes shopping super easy. The light fixture display has made finding the right light fixtures for me extremely easy.

This Home Depot has got to be one of the worst that I’ve ever seen. I’m from California and I’ve been using Home Depot for over 20 years and very satisfied until I moved to Texas and had to deal with the Paris Home Depot. I paid $40 for door and window measurements and I also had a coupon to use for 24 months no interest if I was to use my Home Depot credit card. That coupon has expired And I think that’s part of their game. They say that they’re gonna call you back within a couple days and you never hear from them do not ever use their door and window department because you will be highly dissatisfied and you will be ghosted by David &Gene and also when you call to complain to management, the manager David who promised that they would call me back and made excuses for all the times. They love lying to their customers and not being 100% honest and I called previously to talk to someone about doing online order and they basically told us that their delivery drivers had no issues on delivering things but yet they couldn't deliver 30 minutes outside of town because they're too stupid to do their job

Management here sucks! First off their hours never match what’s advertised so that can be a massive inconvenience. Their selection never matches what’s advertised and their staff doesn’t even know where anything is. Paris needs a Lowe’s because this place is trash.

So only 3 stars, well try to call that store and you will understand. A small problem a phone call could fix, but they won't even answer when their own customer service center calls the store.
