One stop to buy home improvement supplies. It was easy to locate the items, aisle information are clearly provided in the site, with stock information. Entrance and exits were kind of confusing since the gate beneath the logo is exit. Ample parking spaces were available. Self checkout kiosks were there.

This place is going down hill. At least in customer service. They sold me something that was not what the package said and then gave me a hard time returning it. They also dissertations their own return policy and refused to take back several back because they changed their return policy between when I bought it and when I returned it. JUST GO TO LOWES.

Worst home depot both in terms of staff behavior, friendliness, and knowledge across the north jersey. I called their store and asked if I can return a leaking water filter in their store even though I purchased it at Montville store the day before. They said yes. When I was in the store they were very frustrated and unfriendly as well as not listening me as the customer all because the filter was wet and because it is used I need to take it to Montville store. This was my first return experience here and witnessing such a hostile behavior towards myself and not even making eye contact was very disrespectful. Also the manager was very unfriendly and disrespectful towards myself as a customer just told me to go where I bought it and walked away. I dont recommend anyone around the area to e

it takes forever to even reach an associate to talk to and then they put you on infinite hold then cut off when asked to transfer to kitchen design. I had a kitchen design appointment and I still haven’t been able to get in touch to get the quote sent to me. I guess they don’t want business.

I visited this store a couple of weeks ago to buy some pesticide for controlling bedbugs. I happened to meet the staff over there named Ryan, he is very welcoming and explained regarding different varieties and how they perform affectively which finally made my job easy. He has good patience and no frustration is the main reason which led to my good experience over there. I heartily wish both this store and Ryan all the very best.
