The store itself was clean, organised, and full of beautiful plants and flowers. Most of the employees I interacted with were kind and helpful. Unfortunately, I had a negative interaction with one staff member in the outdoor garden department. He accused me of taking a cherry stem from a plant when it was already there, and the way it was handled felt rude and unnecessary. Aside from that moment, the rest of the visit was positive.

Called for a simple quote for cutting wood. Got complained to by the customer service person about not giving her the specific details, and then when I gave her the details she complained that I needed to talk to someone in lumber which is what I was asking her for in the first place. Got transferred to lumber, took 10 minutes for the guy to say he was going to get the quote, then hung up on me, but not before telling me I was wrong about the wood I needed because he had no knowledge of the application I was using it for which was apparent when he told me his reasoning. I had to call back to customer service, they told me that lumber isn't answering now probably because it's busy, which means the guy hung up on me to take care of someone in the store which is really nice. Some rude employees who refuse to take things back, I bought a hammer drill for $800 and they refused to take it back, they told me to send it to another store, they always do almost the same thing… it's terrible to buy two identical products from them otherwise they won't return it, even though the product was unused. The right to return remains only on paper, people don't take care of high-value products when you buy them especially here…. they are not professional at all, they even dare to call a manager there, as if they don't owe me anything! No manners…

Earlier today around 1:15pm two individuals that work at this location had a nasty attitude when I asked them to please enter a code to the bathroom and the other one tall individual at the cashier giving me attitude because I needed something remove from the computer screen, I said thanks amd polite, I can actually feel his heavy breathing and walked away when he was done and never responded when I said thank you, if you don't like what you doing at home depot get another job.
