The Home Depot

We come to this home depot almost atleast 2 times a week. Staff its very nice and helpful. I need it help with plumbing and Marty helped me. This is the second time he helped me. Very cool guy, knows his stuff and recommends the right things to get the job done correctly. Thank you Marty you the man!!!

A special appreciation goes to Arkady, a Sales Specialist in the Plumbing Department at Home Depot located at 11726 Bustleton Ave. My dad frequently consults with him regarding various plumbing challenges, and Arkady is always extremely helpful. He demonstrates strong professional knowledge, takes time to explain options, and clearly outlines the pros and cons of each solution. His expertise and customer service are truly valued and appreciated.

Home Depot is hands down the best place for all our home needs. My kids have been going to their workshops for years and absolutely love it — they’ve picked up so many cool skills. Honestly, I’ve learned just as much as they have… I finally know the names of tools and how to use them 😂 A win for the whole family!

I like Home Depot but this particular store lost stars for 2 separate issues in the same trip! First off the whole point of buying on line is to get there, have your item brought to your vehicle and boom, you're on your way! Well not this store. Waited about 15 minutes and no one ever came out....so I go in to customer service, show them my receipt and the woman who waited on me calls back behind the register to where they have the merchandise waiting to be picked up. As the item was heavy I had no issue with this but do you think she thought to have another store employee assist me with lifting the 150 pound generator into my car???? This Bustleton branch must be one of the worst locations I’ve been to. Very disorganized. Merchandise all over the place instead of where it is suppose to be. I was looking for an item that app said this location had 23 available. Could not find on the shelves (surprise!). Finally found someone to ask, they sent me across the store to wrong location. After struggle to find another help, found assistant with the scanner, who confirmed they had it, but it was on top storage area. Came back to the same isle and tried to get help from older woman who turned out to be a supervisor with extremely rude and nasty attitude who, to begin with tried avoiding contact. When asked for help locating item, first thing she did is show attitude followed by immediate - we don’t have it. When showing her app
