The Home Depot

I had the best experience at this Home Depot this evening. I brought in my dying money tree to the garden area, hoping someone might be able to help me save it. Berlin immediately jumped in. He grabbed a new pot, potting mix, and got right to work rescuing my plant. He even drilled the pot for me in the store and repotted my sick plant himself. I didn’t even have to get my fingers dirty! I can’t thank Berlin enough for such a kind and thoughtful gesture. I probably looked like a crazy lady walking in with a sick plant, but he didn’t judge me at all! He just gave my plant a brand-new home. Truly outstanding customer service.

This Home Depot sucks!!! I stopped by to have 2 keys made for my kids. I got home and neither of them worked. I take them back to be recopied by a different employee, get home and they don’t work, again!!! Please train your people to use the machine correctly, or have it serviced. Attempt three: I went to another Home Depot location and the keys worked.

A crew was building beds for Sleep in Heavenly Peace and we broke a board. Tim cut the 1x4 in to the two pieces I needed in less than 10 min. Checkout process was new and quick. I was back with the team to build the last two beds in under 20 min. Thx!

Peter and Robert were very helpful. We had our water heater go out and they knew exactly what we needed and got us checked out asap. They were very efficient and super knowledgeable. We appreciate the great service!!

Their Curbside Pick up and Delivery services are great! I have health issues that make it difficult to walk any distance so these options are very helpful. They also offer a 10% discount to Veterans. Their main competition just started offering a Veteran's discount but I'll remain loyal to what I call "Homeless Despot" 🤣🤣🤣
