10NOV2025 Update: 5 stars again! I didn't come back that afternoon, but today I did. Arrived for a pickup w my boy, and decided to do the usual...browse prior to. Halfway through wandering, an HD associate was pushing a cart with stuff, assuredly on a mission, but stopped by me by Aisle 5 and asked if I need assistance. I didn't really, but something made me ask where the shelving section is...he perfectly and politely said Aisle 7 😁 Then he took his leave. Ok I'm still impressed! Went to the Order Pickup and the folks there were A+, greeted me even though they're busy. Eventually an HD associate with a yellow reflective PPE professionallynand courteously assisted me. I really appreciated that. Then....he went to grab our order, and he even let us get a cart first through the one w

The Home Depot is located at 2300 North Park Boulevard in Pittsburg California. Today I needed to repair my kitchen drawer, get some Citrus Fertilizer for our lemon tree, and look for some floor tile for an area of the floor that needs to be replaced. Lol, as you can tell I have projects to do and home depot has most of the things that I needed. Unfortunately the didn't have the liquid citrus fertilizer that I was looking for but the wonderful sales associate looked up the company that carried the product that I was looking for. Thanks Home Depot much appreciated.

Kemari The customer service representative at the return booth was very kind and resourceful with all the questions that I had about the items that I purchased at this location . It feels really nice to run into people that are very professional.

I wish I could give them minus stars. Home Depot was hired to put in a dishwasher. They sent a guy out. The guy did his job but the dishwasher was leaking each time it was in use. We could not know this until our floors started to warp. The kitchen floor was molded out. We asked them to fix it. They sent a guy back and he refused to even look at it unless we signed a waiver. We ended up getting a 3rd party to look who confirmed Home Depot's contractor did a terrible job. Home Depot refused to help us. Refused to have their insurance pay for it. And there are many other details but we are in the process of suing them. I will never use Home Depot's services or shop there ever again. Bad experience and the way we were treated after they knew the issue was a complete disgrace.

Price for a tool showed 40$ cheaper, worker lied and clicked San Jose and said it cost more in Pittsburg
