I just had my most satisfying shopping experience at Home Depot in Pompano. I was shopping for exterior patio doors and the gentleman that help me was James Heidisch and he was awesome and knowledgeable ! I have never had such a professional experience, He is the best!! I will refer him to all my colleagues, he is a great asset to your company! Thanks James for all your help!!!!!

Teddy was great! After an impromptu choice to spend the holidays in Pompano, FL, we needed Christmas stuff. A pre-lit Christmas tree was top of the list. Teddy greeted me with a smile and shared they only had the display models left. I chose one and he took it from there. Broke the tree down, found a bag to replace the box, threw in another remote, helped with ornaments, and helped me to the car. It was a great gesture of what retail employees should do for customers. Every retailer should want employees like Teddy!

I don’t usually write reviews for Home Depot but this guy deserves a big shout out! Matt at Home Depot Pompano Beach (Copans) helped us get down the bathroom vanity from a pallet and get a flatbed cart from the front door at 10pm while he was supposed to leave for home. He had been super helpful and nice helping us in the store as well! This is customer service! Thank you!

Would not process my return bc the card I used was deactivated bc there was fraud on my account. Now I have $50 of fence stuff that is unopened and can’t return. The customer service lady literally told me to sell them to a contractor. I’m sorry HD that is your job! Store manager Nareema Montenegro may I please have store credit for my unopened products? I have 8 of the products in the picture.
