The Home Depot

I visit Home Depots daily, from St. Lucie to Titusville three to four times a day sometimes depending on where I am working . But this one in particular has a disaster with carts They're scattered everywhere, taking up many parking spaces. I think the store manager should pay more attention to this.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life!!! Was place on hold for 25 minutes!!! Had the person continue to come back to the phone every 10 minutes or so to say please hold. They kept doing this. After calling for a manager I was repeatedly hung up on!!! All I wanted to do was order supplies and rent tools!! Needless to say my money is obviously not important to this company!!! I will be contacting corporate!!

I had an extremely frustrating experience in the wood/lumber section at Home Depot (Gatlin). I needed a single piece of wood cut and had to ask four different employees and a manager before receiving any kind of help, at which point I just walked away and didn't spend any money at the Gatlin Blvd location. One employee was sitting on a forklift and could not be bothered to assist me with even moving the wood near the saw 2x12x12 foot. Another was leaning on the lift and showed no initiative to help "someone in that department should help". A third gave the usual, “I’ll call someone,” but no one ever came about wasted time while 4 employees were asked. I've probably been to Home Depot more times than most people. I love to build things, help other people build things, and all of that. But, today was a highlight. I met a Home Depot employee that was so customer focused and so good at her job that I had to get her name so that I could write this review. Now, don't get me wrong. I've met a few good Home Depot folks. But, Ligia H. in Flooring at this particular Home Depot is a Shining Star. (I hope I got her name right.) She was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and worked very hard to make sure I got the exact flooring I needed in a timely fashion. She didn't just do her job. She went out of her way to do it the best she possibly could. Home Depot should use her as the training model for all of their customer- facing folks. While I wil
