I stopped by to make a purchase and as I was looking in the paint area an employee asked me if I needed any help, I’m shy, but I did and she helped me with no hesitation and knew exactly where the product was I was looking for. She was so sweet and so willing to help with a positive attitude. I didn’t catch her name but she def set an amazing tone for my visit.

Great store, very good help from associates. Found exactly what I was looking for. A pleasure to do business with.

This was the best Home Depot I've ever been to. Clean, well-organized, and with stellar staff & customer service. While the woman who helped us at the register (unfortunately did not get her name) was also fantastic, we passed and were offered help by so many employees, the standout being an extremely knowledgeable and efficient Charles. Charles, possibly The Godfather around those parts, worked with us for awhile and had an incredible attitude. Thank you to the entire staff for making me feel welcome and valued during my visit!

I am submitting a formal complaint regarding a door purchase at Home Depot that resulted in wasted time, misinformation, and financial loss. I went into the store in person to ensure I purchased the correct door with the frame. I was assisted by an associate named Josh, who placed the order. Before leaving, I asked what my handyman would need to pick up the door. Josh told me only my name and phone number would be required. Today, my handyman arrived at 9:49 a.m. and was informed the door was ordered incorrectly and could not be picked up. I was told I would need to come in person to process a refund using both cards used for payment, even though the mistake was not mine. No store credit or alternative solution was offered.i still needed the door I didn’t want a refund just an exchange.

This Home Depot has officially made me a Lowe's and Tractor Supply only shopper from now on. I will never, ever give them another penny of my money. On Saturday, after visiting the Home Depot in Hiram and having to drive all the way to this Home Depot in Powder Springs, the customer service was abysmal. I literally bought enough soil and compost to fill a pick-up truck....dozens of bags. I asked for help loading (obviously) since I am disabled and have back issues. I waited and waited, then asked again. Then waited some more. Eventually, my mother and I had to end up loading everything ourselves!! That should never have to happen. Shame on them!
