The Home Depot

Very good location.. right next to Rt1.. lots of other shops around . Lots of parking outside. My favorite shop for all home needs . I’m a big fan of Home Depot’s paint section and all other kitchen and bathroom essentials . Upgrading my bathroom and I got almost everything from Home Depot . Vanities , faucets , toilets , sheet rocks etc etc . It’s also easy to order online and get curb side pickup. It’s quick . Once you checkin , the staff gets your products less than 10 mins .. very convenient . Service inside could be better . Sometimes it’s tough to get an associate for assistance . Good experience overall. 4 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

On January 23rd, my boyfriend and I came in for was a simple 5 gallon jug of water. But we left with something much more valuable... An experience of a lifetime some might say (I do say). After returning our empty bottle, an employee (really useless btw) pointed off into the distance, and told us to “go to Cynthia” in order for us to purchase the new bottle of water. At this time, we had no clue what we were in for. We headed over to Cynthia’s register. There she was, with her name donned across her apron, looking angelic as ever. She graciously offered to ring us up with no hesitation. During that time, she immediately rung us up with unparalleled finesse, and then flawlessly transitioned into an enthralling conversation with us. She was passionate about every topic, and spoke with flare.

There are NO GOOD WORDS to be said of this store. We ordered new doors 5 months ago. Did they come in? Yes. Did we get a phone call? Never. We called 2 weeks after the ETA we were given, doors had been there the whole time. Installers came to put the doors in? Doors are the wrong size, per the measurements Home Depot’s guy put down! Were told Home Depot will order the correct door. We wait 3 weeks, no word. We call, DOOR WAS NEVER ORDERED. We go to the store and luckily we were helped by (what seems like) the only competent person in the store. Ordered the correct door, gave us an ETA. ETA arrives, no word. A week later, we call and door has been there with no phone call to us. Next thing we know, we’re being refunded the installation fee and our ticket is closed WITH NO NEW DOORS INSTALLE

Rented a van last weekend for a move, and left my ez pass tag inside the van. Only noticed yesterday because ive been running around like crazy to get situated into a new place, and just finally realized my error. So when I try calling this store, no one answers, no one knows where to direct my call, and no one from the van rental department has reached out to say “hey, you left your ez pass tag in the van.” Home Depot hasn’t changed, they still do the bare minimum.

This Home Depot is extremely busy. They do not always have what I need. I find that the parking lot is jam packed and people are always coming and going. Sometimes they run low on stock. I gave them 4 stars because they are an important resource in the area. If I need a lightbulb, an outlet, or a drill, they will have it. I just can't count on them always being well stocked. I attribute this to the fact that they are located in a very busy area off of Route 1 and probably cannot keep stocked everything they need at all times. I use them when I need to but I find that the Home Depot at Hamilton Marketplace to be cleaner, more organized, better stocked, less rushed, and less frenzied and hectic.
