⭐️⭐️ Disappointing In-Store Experience My visit started off on a positive note with excellent customer service at the customer service counter. The return process was smooth, friendly, and efficient — credit where it’s due. Unfortunately, the rest of my visit went downhill. After the return, I decided to pick up a couple of tools and possibly a new toolbox. While I was eventually able to locate the tool I needed, the individual sockets were a mess — many were out of place, which made finding the correct one unnecessarily time-consuming. The toolbox situation was worse. I found the model I wanted, but it was not in the correct location and there was no price tag anywhere to be found. Horrible service and communication trying to get doors installed. Nothing out of the ordinary as they were both standard-sized. First issues was that HD stated they had to break the payment into two payments resulting in having to go through TWO credit checks to get the financing--I won't even get into the over an hour situation of just trying to get the correct number for the Project Loan company from the team at the front desk. Second, came in them not having the door in stock, however it was available at a nearby store. But I was told they don't take from each other's inventory which then resulted in me having to wait THREE weeks for the door to come in as it had to be special ordered. Now as of today--the day of install--I get a message from the installer stating that when they ca

It’s beginning to look a LOT like Christmas!! This my local Home Depot and walking in and seeing the Christmas decor out and neatly set up it made me smile. Christmas is my most favoritest holdiay of all time. Looking good HD!!! They never disappoint. Shout to the two ladies in there working hard fluffing them trees, great job!!

I would not recommend this store. Managers are awful. There is no ounce of customer service at all. Save your money and go to Lowes.

Would drop by this HD for my home cleaning supplies, garden related products and tools, DIY supplies, and key duplicating services. Convenient self check out counters, clean bathrooms, well stocked store, helpful employees
