We had an amazing experience at this Home Depot. We had been coming in frequently looking to buy a specific smoker and finally after a month, we finally decided to do it. Ryan Reban, and John helped us and made this purchase so easy. Ryan and Reban made sure we had everything we needed to go with the smoker, particularly a cover. And Reban and John helped us get it loaded into our car. It was a great experience and we can't wait to go back.

We came in to look at stoves & were immediately greeted by Indra. She was kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and although we were only there to browse, she made the process so seamless that we walked out with a delivery date for our new stove. I tried to tip her before we left & she declined. Admittedly, that’s the first time I ever had the inclination to tip a sales person but she was just that great to work with. You are lucky to have her on your team!

Grandma ordered a refrigerator last week and specifically told the salesperson that the existing refrigerator was connected to an appliance water supply line. At no point was she informed that a plumber would be required to disconnect it prior to delivery. Delivery was scheduled for Saturday 1/24/26 between 3–7 PM, but we later received a call saying the delivery wouldn’t arrive until around 8:30 PM. Because of this, we had already removed most of the food and stored it in coolers while waiting. When the delivery team arrived, they pulled the refrigerator out and discovered the water supply line was still connected. They disconnected the line themselves, then stated they shouldn’t have touched it. They placed the active supply line into the kitchen sink where water was continuously pouri

I’ve bought stuff here numerous times both in store and online without issue. Even after ordering several appliance deliveries from this store, I’ve had zero problems. The store is always clean and staff are helpful and easy to find when needed.

Rita is a pleasant change to the customer service i have been accustom to at this location. I came in last minute before close w an exchange... (im the jerk, i know) She made te experince much more effortless than i had imagined. Kudo to her. 6 stars if i could!
