Lovely experience here. Allison was so helpful with my bathroom project. I was lost and she helped me pick out new fixtures for the entire bathroom and they look great!!

My husband and I had the best Home Depot experience here today. The staff is very friendly, we didn’t get her name but a sweet lady helped us with the blinds, and also another staff member, Victoria, helped us a bunch at checkout. What an awesome team! We live close by so we will definitely come back, especially with this amazing customer service.

I went to the store last night to pick up a few things, including a Christmas tree I’d been eyeing online. After searching the whole store and not finding the exact one I wanted, I was pretty disappointed. I headed to the customer service desk to ask a quick question and ended up speaking with the manager, Ana. She was absolutely amazing—super patient while I explained what I was looking for, and without me even asking, she went out of her way to find a great alternative that was actually in stock and fit our needs perfectly. Ana was so kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful; she turned a frustrating trip into a really positive experience. If you’re shopping there and need help, definitely ask for Ana—she’s the best! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had made an order to pick up at the lockers. I had struggled & was unable to get my item & left a comment in the survey section. The next day I received a call that my item was now available to pick up at the service desk which was fairly easy & fast. I also received a call apologizing for the inconvenience & the fact that I had to make two trips. Although the initial experience had been frustrating, I really appreciate that staff took a moment to reach out to me to make things right. Happy customer!

Noah on morning shift on 3-8-26 was such an amazing help to my husband and I. Went out of his way to look up and get exactly what we needed.
