The Home Depot

It’s a basic Home Depot where you need to search for a person to help. My last visit had a trainee help me, he was great and wanted to help me find what I was looking for. He used the home depot app, so I guess I should just do that from now on. Check out customer service was great. Overall everyone was kind and friendly which is about all you can hope for.

I was very eager to purchase a washer and dryer set for my new home. I came with what I wanted in mind. When I walked in I went straight to the to the washer section. I circled the washers at least a few times. Thwre was an associate standing by his computer and not once greeted me. Not was not the issue, I thought perhaps he’s busy. I went up to him a while later and told him I needed help selecting a washer. He came and answered one of my questions. I told him I wanted to buy a set and I was interested in applying for a card. He asked me if that was everything and walked away. I stayed for a while in the same area and he did not approach me again to ask if I needed anything. While I was waiting on help he went to ask other people if they needed help but me. I went in ver happy to purchas

We were able to redo/repair the front of our house and build our new porch with everything they carried in store. We have completed a few big projects by purchasing all our supplies and tools from the Duportail store. We shop at this location regularly.

I used to love Home Depot. During the Covid era it was still decently priced on most items. Now with inflation, the building supply crisis of several years ago and supply chain logistics failures the Home Depot has continued to raise prices again and again. Even when national lumber prices sank to precovid and cirque 2000's prices the home depot prices continued to climb. Simple projects that ised to be $100 and a weekend are now several hundred dollars and unattainable for me. My customers have reduced or srolped work all together. Home depots profts quater after quarter continue to climb. Greed knows no bounds. Im sad that I no longe renjoy the Home Depot. Not my fault

We went in looking for Dewalt batteries on sale. They didn’t have the ones we were looking for. ADRIAN came to help us and pointed out a different sale item but then it wasn’t stocked where it was supposed to be. Adrian started looking in the stock up on top and happened to notice a generic box that had the right numbers handwritten on it. Sure enough, the “9 packages in stock” were up in the box. Way to go, Adrian. We continue to be happy with the employees at this Home Depot. If they can’t help, they always find someone else that has the answers.
