I want to give kudos to your manager, Pauline. She did an amazing job helping us through an issue that had many variables. She worked very hard and not only made us happy customers, but return customers and referral customers as well. Please tell her how much we appreciate her help and going the extra mile for us.

They are really kind and they always hope you find things but sometimes some of the workers don’t help you. They just don’t pay attention to you, but some of the people are really nice. We’ve met some somebody one time and they were super nice and I love when all of them are super nice. They work so hard and they are they always help us when we like when we go to the store with my wife and then we always get things and they help a lot so I am so appreciated from the but it’s not like a set some of the workers sometimes don’t pay attention to you and they and they said that the things that you need they’re not in stock but then you ask somebody that said yes to hear from some people are really nice at the Home Depot

Avoid HD if you need a major appliance. We ordered a W&D, and the experience has been a disaster with no delivery yet, but they do have our money. Some highlights of our HD nightmare. The delivery team arrived & said the dryer was damaged & left without installing the washer on Dec 30. No one from HD contacted us & when we called HD said it would take 7 days to get a replacement - despite there being no reason the washer couldn’t be delivered Jan 2 so we could at least wash clothes. The store finally admitted their delivery team simply - “will not make two trips”! Every person we spoke with -800 number, store supv, & store mgr - gave incorrect or made up information, and no one took ownership. HD repeatedly blamed their 3rd party partners instead of fixing the issue. We are without a was

I’m in and out of big box stores nearly everyday in my line of work and never had a reason to leave a review until today when I received the absolute best service in a Hardware store that I have ever had in my 20 year career. I was in search of lightbulbs for a bathroom renovation project and was just browsing when Joe approached me and asked me if I needed any help and I made a comment about how many options there are in lightbulbs and he jumped right in and showed me display models Of the different colors and bulb styles. His service couldn’t have been any better! It was a breath of fresh air For someone in a retail position to actually Want to help instead of hoping to walk by and not make eye contact. Joe is definitely an asset to this store!

I went In to get a drill. The employee was waiting on an older white gentleman, and yes I have to make mention of that. The employee was also white. So he needed something that cost $299.00 out of the lock cage. Same lock cage as the item I purchased. She open the cage gave him the item he went on his way. I them asked about my item that was only $165.00. She took it out of the lock cage, and then proceeded to tell me she had to walk me up from with the item to the cashier. Yes I am black. So is this a policy, or does this store have a races person working for them who makes up her own set of rules when it comes to people of color. I will never go back there. I will travel out of my way first.
