Rob at the Home Depot in Hamilton,NJ curb side pick up- provided outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to help me load my entire order, was extremely kind and patient, and even took the time to help me navigate the Home Depot app. His positive attitude and willingness to help made my experience stress-free and enjoyable. On December 11th, my husband returned three doors to this store. When he received the refund, it was given in cash: four $50 bills and some $20 bills. We later discovered that all four of the $50 bills were counterfeit, as well as one $20 bill. Unfortunately, I only have three of the $50 bills and one $20 bill with me, because I tried to pay with one of the $50 bills elsewhere and it was not accepted. That is when we realized the money was fake. We called the store to report the issue, but no one answered. My husband then went back to the store to explain what happened. They said they couldn’t verify that the bills were the ones they gave us, which I understand. However, if the money had not come from this store, we would not have gone back to complain there.
