Usually well stocked and friendly service. Sometimes there’s a flaky lady working at self-check. She’s always distracted and will ask you if you need help and then walk away even after you say sure. She’s on a head set and it’s very annoying. I’ve run in to her a couple of times. Otherwise, good HD location

We went to Home Depot hoping to get a rough draft for a kitchen design. We didn’t really know what we wanted and we didn’t even have an appointment. Adam K went above and beyond to help us. Even though he was very busy working on another project he told us to come back in an hour so he could squeeze us in and he was a man of his word. When we came back Adam sat down with us and gave us the best customer service we could ask for. He patiently walked us through everything and truly listened to what we wanted even when we weren’t sure ourselves. In just about an hour he created a full layout of our dream kitchen something we could have never pulled together without his expertise. He even printed everything out for us to take home. Purchased new range. Set up for installation and delivery. Not sure what that means to the delivery crew? Sales stated they would hook up and level and set in place.. Everything except set the clock. Nope. They left in in the middle of the kitchen. No cord, not leveled not place left trash in driveway. . Talked to the store. Just got a "Sorry, that is not what they are supposed to do" answer.
