We absolutely love doing the kids free workshop on the 1st Saturday of every month! ❤️ The kits are great! They recommend ages 5 and up but they also offer kits for younger kiddos that don't require any hardware to assemble! Sometimes we do them there sometimes we take them home! We normally try to get there right away before they get super busy, and to ensure we get our kits. There has only been 1 time that we were a lil too late lol so the earlier the better! Happy building!

Everyone has always been friendly in the store. However horrible experience trying to get a simple gift card refunded from a canceled ordered. Multiple visits, multiple calls over several months. They say the system wasn't working properly. This is partialy believable but there are holes in their story. And when one puts it together it's pretty clear they either forgot or are incompetent. Which isn't horrible. No one is perfect. What I can't forgive is that they lied about it. Issue is still not resolved and I don't expect it to be resolved anytime soon.

We recently went here...the week b4 Christmas. Was an EXTREMELY disappointing visit. They literally had absolutely no sales 4 Christmas nor did they have nearly the items for Christmas gifts that they did last year. Last year we went on exactly the same date and the amount of merchandise and the prices and sales were absolutely awesome!! We ended up buying pretty much an entire cart of goodies. This year, we left COMPLETELY EMPTY HANDED! Huge let down and disappointment. Home Depot definitely isn't what it was say 5 years ago. I'm not talking about prices. Everyone knows that literally everything is more $$ now. But their store items/products just isn't as vast nor is their selection of what they do still carry. Apparently bolts have an expiration date at this place. I tried returning four of them and got turned away because I was outside their 90 day return window. Four bolts. That's it. No flexibility, no common sense, just a staff member reading off policy like a robot. For a store that sells products meant to last for decades it's pretty ironic that their customer goodwill runs out in three months. Go find a hardware store that actually gives a damn about the people shopping there.

The Home Depot has so much flooring from Hardwood, in-stock and special order carpet, boot trays, rugs, LVP and LVT, and TILE AS WELL. We decided the price point is right for us and bought our flooring here. Relaxing showroom we we could SIT DOWN AND RELAX while making our selections. We did NOT feel rushed our pressured with other people waiting to be served.
