I must recognize Jamie for going above and beyond to help me locate an item, then coordinating across many different people to bring a pallet down from the top level. The real kicker was this was on Tuesday March 3rd at 8am while the entire store was fully consumed with doing inventory. Every lift, every associate with lift credentials was tied up. Jamie continued to work to find someone, while checking in with me on the progress. Then she helped gate off multiple aisles so the lift could safely bring down the product I was interested in. All this for a $50 sale!!! Cheers to Jamie!!!

Great visit! Five associates greeted me and offered assistance while I browsed the store, and it never felt heavy or overwhelming—just attentive and helpful. The staff was very friendly, the layout was clean, and products were easy to find. Assistance was readily available when needed. I would definitely visit again.

Derron, Alyssa and Jamie did such an awesome job with the menorah workshop! The kids absolutely loved it- they were so helpful and freindly! We are so lucky they gave the kids such a great experience!!

I want to compliment the employees in your new Viera location.All are friendly & helpful. Particularly Eric who was extremely helpful & nice enough to explain to me about the benefits of some of the products I was looking to purchase. Eric didn’t seemed rushed or in a hurry to give me a simple answer. He represents the store very well & not Ed’s to be recognized by are & store managers. I found the employees on N Wickham to be equally helpful. Kudos to store management who obviously encourage engagement with customers.

Always the best quality plants for indoor and outdoor I've ever seen at a Home Depot or the other large big box store. Prefer this location. Helpful staff too. Clean store.
