The Home Depot

Did curbside pick up for 10 bags of mulch on Black Friday and they were out in a jiffy and in good spirits. We always get great service at the Rockwall Home Depot.

Great hobby shop, it's really simliar to hobby shps in Czech Republic, but in USA they have more variety and brands, bought some tools for my friends while i was there and they were all happy.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Jorge Edwin and his team! They delivered my new refrigerator, answered all my questions, removed our house door for easy access, and assured me there were no issues with the installation. From the phone call they were 10 min out to the delivery and installation, Jorge was friendly, utmost professional and showed how much he valued doing a good job! Thanks for an awesome job!

Yanique and Riana at the customer service desk do an absolutely wonderful job. Yanique was very helpful and patient with me trying to resolve my return issue of my 3 heaters. Kept me informed of the current status and stayed focused on getting me taken care of. Riana as well. She was helping customers and making sure to keep everyone comfortable on a cold day when the doors would not close. She made sure to close it after people walked in so we could all stay warm. Will definitely be coming back to this store because of them.

We bought our 2nd set of appliances at Home depot in rockwall and we're lucky enough to work with Brandon! This young man is very knowledgeable, polite and honest! We have never had such great service. In the end we did have many problems with delivery and their men. Fridge sent back twice and over a week before new delivery. Spoke with many different people who only gave me the run around. Finally got to talk to a manager named Chris what a prince! The problem got complicated between He and Brandon in the end it all was worked out. Only because of these 2 young men will we continue to due business with home depot. Thank you Brandon and Chris you both are a Blessing .
